Set electronic brake to manual mode
Just pull the electronic brake switch up, to set manual brake.
This should stop the car rolling back when stationary.

For hill starts
Clutch down, foot on brake, release the foot brake & move to the accelerator, bring the clutch up: handbrake will release automatically; drive off normally.
