What was good:
Very good view of the sea and the harbour from the bedrooms on the first floor, which are very cosy. The downstairs shower room is fine. The upstairs bathroom is acceptable. The open plan living area is great, apart from the seating (see below).

What was bad:
Although the water heating system is fairly efficient, it is also undpredictable. You are likely to be scolded when you wash up and the system stops working sometimes. We had to contact the hosts because there was no hot water during our second visit and were kept waiting for hours, after the male owner told us "We are playing golf." Presumably basic essentials like hot water, in one of the few properties in these peoples' business, is less important than a game of golf. Not sure on what planet that reasoning might apply. The seating in the living area is dirty and worn. The internet is almost non existent. No phone signal. Parked cars obstruct any decent views from the ground floor.
